Built for the Gilbert this town actually has.

Gilbert was farmland thirty years ago. Today it’s one of the fastest-growing towns in the country, with a population of more than 280,000, a median household income above the state and county average, and a housing stock that runs from the older brick-and-stucco homes around Heritage District out to the master-planned communities of Power Ranch, Seville, Val Vista Lakes, Layton Lakes, and the newer developments still going up on the south and east edges.

Most of these homes are between fifteen and thirty years old now — meaning a lot of them are reaching the point where the underlayment is the question, even if the tile still looks fine from the curb.

Gilbert Apex Roofing was started for the homeowner this town actually has: a young family on their first or second home, a growing household trying to budget around school-age kids and a mortgage, a working professional who’s done their research and wants a contractor who will give them a clear answer instead of a sales pitch.
